Only two companies answered their phones at all, and only Canberra Plumbing & Drains could come out on the day to help me. Jade, you are an absolute legend to squeeze in an appointment for me, and thank you for being so calm when I was at my wits' end. I don't know if it is an employment requirement at Canberra Plumbing & Drains that you must be awesome and a hard act to follow, but Jade certainly is and so is Josh T, the technician who came out to look at the cooler. Not only did he get on my roof in the stifling heat, but he fixed the problem promptly and he explained what had happened and what the outlook was for the cooler.
